MLS Listing Coordinator Package

$125.00 per transaction

This is a per transaction service. At the end of the month you will be billed for each transaction entered into the MLS. The invoice will be due 10 days after delivered.

Buyers look at many houses before they decide and the more time you can help them, the quicker they can find their dream home. Let our experts handle all the documents, correspondence between all parties, document compliance scheduling, and after closing wrap up.

Buyer Transaction Package

$450.00 per transaction

This is a per transaction service. You will not be billed for this service until closing.

If the sale falls through any admin work performed on this transaction will be billed at $45/hr and invoiced immediately with a due date 10 days after receipt of invoice.

If the property is approved to go to closing, we will send you an invoice to be included in the commission statements. Other arrangements can be made if necessary.

  • Obtain & review all purchase paperwork to ensure that all documents have been signed

  • Change MLS

  • Send introduction email to client, title (attorney), & seller(s) agent

  • Send purchase contract & other documents related to the transaction to title and/or attorney

  • Monitor deadlines

  • Coordinate inspection, appraisal, and walk-through appointment

  • Coordinate & schedule closing

  • Reserve conference room if necessary

  • Upload documents to brokerage office software

  • Prepare commission statement

  • Order Home Warranty & HOA Documents

  • Ensure that all paperwork is compliant with brokerage office

  • Assist with any other tasks during the closing process
