What does “All-Inclusive, One-Stop Solution” mean?

This means instead of having several people handle your business, you have ONE source who is skilled to handle ALL of your real estate business needs in one place. How do I get my work to you?You can send all your paperwork via email or cloud storage. During our initial phone consultation, we will discuss in detail how best to communicate with each other.

How soon can we start?

First, we will hold a Discovery Call to determine what services you need., then provide a detailed step-by-step client agreement outlining these services and recommendations on how to accomplish those tasks. When the agreement has been approved and signed, we will start immediately working on increasing your freedom and time. All this could be accomplished within 24 hours or less if needed.

Will I have the same person handle each transaction or will there be a different person every time I send a contract over?

You will have a designated Virtual Assistant that is assigned to you, so that you can develop a solid working relationship with that person. After all, the longer you work with someone, the more proficient you both become.

How do I get my work to you?

You can send all your paperwork via email or cloud storage. During our initial phone consultation, we will discuss in detail how best to communicate with each other.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We have many options for you to send payments to us. Our preferred method is having the money wired directly to us from the agent's commission after closing, or click the "Pay here" option on the invoice that is emailed to you. If needed, we can also accept paper checks written to "Your Destiny Virtual Solutions, LLC".

What is the difference between a Virtual Assistant and a Virtual Expert®?

A virtual assistant is a generalist. They handle general administrative functions. A Virtual Expert® specializes in a specific niche providing the ultimate service to their clients.
